sugar, quinine powder, citric acid, lime juice and sparkling water. Use in any of your favorite cocktails.
Eamonn’s Cocktail Mix - Created for Chefs Armstrong’s son - the namesake to the group’s Fish & Chippers. This mix combines: yuzu

The Cosmo Mix - Cosmopolitan Magazine puts Thrasher to the test to make a version worthy of its readers and the ladies love it. Ingredients : organic cranberries, lime sugar & purified water. To make the drink, add vodka & triple sec.
Ginger Beer Syrup - This mix is a tribute to dry land after a scuba dive with a surprise - sharks! Ingredients include: ginger, jalapeno,
sugar water & spices. Add to dark rum, soda water and serve over ice. Sharks not included.
Thrasher’s Mint Syrup - Mint is plentiful in Restaurant Eve’s garden ~ that means Mojitos are too. Ingredients: Steeped mint reduced
with sugar. Add white rum, build over ice and top with soda water. Garnish with mint & lime.
Thyme Lime - Thymy and Limey. It really doesn't get much better than this herbal-citrusy mix that Todd uses in TNT's Thymes Like These (Cocchi Americano, Gin, thyme lime syrup, and aromatic bitters)
